Vicsteels Properties Limited was incorporated by Nick and Danae Robson in November 2010.
Since the start of 2011 we have undertaken numerous projects in all areas of London, including rebuilding and refurbishing houses, converting artisan studios into high level single dwellings and converting single dwelling houses into flats.
We have established ourselves as a leading provider of high end finishes – we pay great attention to detail in order to ensure maximum owner satisfaction.
We operate in an open and transparent manner and our admin staff offer a well organised backup to the front line team. We have full All Risks Insurance and are members of the Federation of Master Builders. All work undertaken will comply with current Building Regulations and where appropriate, will be signed off at the end of the project.
Our work is guaranteed and all subcontractors must provide similar guarantees which will be handed to owners, together with manufacturers’ guarantees at the end of the project. With several years’ experience and a great team behind us, we are ideally equipped to undertake all types of building/refurbishment projects for both developers and owner/occupiers.
OUR TEAM
We have assembled a team of operatives covering many of the skills required for the industry.
Our team is headed by Nick Robson – Commercial Director and Danae Robson – Project Director.
Our core team consists of Bricklayers, Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Tilers and Decorators, many of whom have been working with VPL for over 10 years. In addition to the above we offer architectural and structural engineering services (if required) Party Wall matters, Planning, Building Control and any other professional services.
