- Gunter Grove was a dilapidated artisan studio having been untouched for 50 years. We carried out a total refurbishment adding a mezzanine floor to include two bedrooms and a bathroom and ground floor shower room. In 5 months we create a luxury studio house incorporating a state of the art A/V system.
